Return & Refund Policy
Our policy is built around the unique nature of custom-made motorcycle fairings. We prioritize 100% fitment and quality, which requires specific rules for cancellation, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Modification & Cancellation
Due to the nature of Made-to-Order production, cancellation rules are based on the order's status:

2. General Return Policy (Standard Items)
We accept returns for standard, non-customized fairings and accessories, provided they meet our strict conditions for resale.
Return Window
You must initiate a return request by email within 10 days of delivery of your item. All items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Return Conditions (MUST BE MET)
We reserve the right to reject a return or apply a restocking fee if any of these conditions are not met:
- New Condition: All items must be in new, unused, uninstalled, and unaltered condition. Any merchandise that has been “taken out for a ride” or shows signs of installation is considered used and cannot be returned.
- Original Packaging: Must include the original box and/or packaging with all tags, instruction manuals, screws, bolts, and hardware intact.
- No Clearance/Final Sale: Clearance items and International Orders are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs back to our facility .
- We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return shipment.
3. Refunds and Fees
Standard Refund Deductions
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges
To make an exchange, please process your return, then simply place a new order for the desired item. You are still responsible for the return shipping costs on the original order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items (Warranty)
We guarantee our products against damage sustained during shipping or manufacturing defects.
- Reporting Damage: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged or defective.
- Proof: Please keep all original shipping containers and take clear pictures of the damage.
- Fitment Guarantee: We offer a 100% fit guarantee on all our injection-molded fairing kits. If fitment problems arise, contact us, and we will work with you to provide a replacement piece if necessary.
- Resolution: We will promptly ship out a replacement part free of charge as soon as the claim is approved.
Returns Process (Step-by-Step)
- Email Us: Send an email to timesshop@outlook.com with the subject: Item Return (#OrderNumber) and detail the issue.
- Receive Approval: Wait for our support team to approve your return and provide shipping instructions.
- Ship Package: Securely package the merchandise and ship it to the address provided in the return authorization email. Retain your return tracking number.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
