Return & Refund Policy

Our policy is built around the unique nature of custom-made motorcycle fairings. We prioritize 100% fitment and quality, which requires specific rules for cancellation, returns, and refunds.


Standard Returns Overview

For standard and non-custom fairings, please note the following requirements:

  • Return Window: 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Product Condition: Must be in new, unused, uninstalled condition.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% Restocking Fee applies if conditions are not met.
  • Refund Processing Time: Up to 45 days after we receive the return.

Note: All Custom-Made/Personalized items are subject to a strict 48-Hour cancellation limit and are otherwise Final Sale (see Section 1).


1. Order Modification & Cancellation (Custom Parts)

Due to the nature of Made-to-Order production, cancellation rules are based on the order's status:

In Production / After 48 Hours Cancellation Allowed $100 - $200 USD Restocking/Repainting Fee (varies by complexity)
Ok to Ship / Shipped Cancellation NOT Allowed Order must be returned according to the refund policy.
Customized Names/Logos Cancellation NOT Allowed $100 - $200 USD Design Fee will be deducted (these are final sale).

2. General Return Policy (Standard Items)

We accept returns for standard, non-customized fairings and accessories, provided they meet our strict conditions for resale.

Return Window (30 Days)

You must initiate a return request by email within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be shipped back to our facility within this 30-day window.

Return Conditions (MUST BE MET)

We reserve the right to reject a return or apply a restocking fee if any of these conditions are not met:

  • New Condition: Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and unaltered. Anything “taken out for a ride” or installed is considered used.
  • Original Packaging: Must include all packaging, tags, manuals, and hardware.
  • No Clearance/Final Sale: Clearance items and International Orders are Final Sale.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a method with tracking and insurance.

3. Refunds and Fees

Standard Refund Deductions

After receiving and inspecting your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Fee/Deduction Application
Shipping Fees Non-refundable (the original shipping cost will be deducted)
Restocking Fee A 15% Restocking Fee applies if the product is not returned in its original new condition.
Brokerage/Customs Customer is responsible for any applicable charges on the return shipment.

Refund Processing Time (IMPORTANT)

Refunds take up to 45 Days after the item arrives at our facility.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, simply process a return and place a new order. Return shipping costs remain your responsibility.


4. Damaged or Defective Items (Warranty)

We guarantee all products against shipping damage and manufacturing defects.

  • Reporting Damage: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Proof: Keep all packaging and submit photo evidence.
  • Fitment Guarantee: We provide a 100% fit guarantee for injection-molded fairings.
  • Resolution: We will send a replacement part free of charge once the claim is approved.

Returns Process (Step-by-Step)

  1. Email Us: contact@mrfairing.com with subject: Item Return (#OrderNumber)
  2. Receive Approval: Wait for authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Package: Follow instructions and keep the tracking number.
  4. Confirmation: We will notify you once the refund is processed.
