Return & Refund Policy

Quick Summary:

  • 30-day return window for unused items

We MrFairing offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Returns submitted after 30 days will not be accepted. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Condition Requirement: Only unused items in original packaging with all tags attached are eligible.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order ID or receipt is required.

Return Refund Process

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

Email us at contact@mrfairing.com. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Email Subject: Return (#Order ID)
Email Should Include:

  • Product model
  • Description of the issue
  • Suggestions for improvement (optional)

Step 2: Prepare Your Return Package

After approval, you have 7 days to ship the item back.

  • Return the product in original packaging
  • Order ID must appear on the shipping label
  • Ship to the return address provided after approval

Step 3: Notify Us After You Ship

Email the tracking number to: contact@mrfairing.com.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Your returned package will be inspected within 2–3 business days after arrival. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your payment account after approval.


Important Notes

  • Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible 
    for return shipping costs to our US return center.
  • Tracking Required: Tracking number must be emailed to us.
  • No Unauthorized Returns: Returns sent without approval will be refused or discarded after 30 days.
  • Restocking Fee: All approved returns incur a 20% restocking fee.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once in transit, cancellation is not possible.


Damaged, Defective, or Missing Parts

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos and detailed descriptions
  • Claims submitted after 7 days are not accepted
  • This 7-day claim window is separate from the 30-day return window

Non-Returnable Items

Customized fairings (special colors, unique graphics, non-standard models) are non-returnable once production begins. No returns or cancellations are accepted for custom orders.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for items that arrive defective or damaged.

Please email us at contact@mrfairing.com to initiate an exchange.

For fastest service, you may return the item (after approval) and place a new order.
