Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions stated here.

Section 1 – General E-Commerce Terms

Acceptance of Terms: Your ongoing use of the site after any updates indicates acceptance of changes. We may modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time.

Eligibility: By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your region.

Prohibited Uses: You may not use our products or services for unlawful purposes or violate any local regulations. You must not submit malicious code or harmful content. A breach results in immediate termination of your Services.

Section 2 – Accuracy, Product Display & Liability

We are not responsible if information on our site is inaccurate or incomplete. Materials provided are for general reference only.

We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately; however, we cannot guarantee perfect color representation across all screens.

Product liability disclaimer: All product descriptions regarding fitment or performance are for reference only. MrFairing is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Section 3 – Pricing & Orders

Price Changes: Prices may change without notice.

Billing Accuracy: You agree to provide complete and accurate purchase information and promptly update your account details.

Order Rights: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order—especially orders appearing to be made by distributors or resellers.

Section 4 – Custom Fairings, Cancellations & Returns

This section applies to all made-to-order fairing kits.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be modified or canceled only during “Order Processing” (typically within 24 hours).
  • Cancellations after production begins incur a fee of USD $100–$200 due to material and labor costs.
  • Custom name/number/graphic designs are final sale and cannot be canceled or returned.

Fitment Policy: Our fairings fit the exact motorcycle models listed in the product description. Fitment issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos and detailed descriptions.

  • Fairings installed on the exact model listed
  • Unmodified fairings in original condition
  • Correct or professional installation

Return Condition: Used or installed items (“taken for a ride”) cannot be returned. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Section 5 – Intellectual Property & User Conduct

All comments, emails, and submissions become the exclusive property of MrFairing. We may use or publish them without restriction.

You may not infringe IP rights, submit misleading information, or engage in harmful conduct on the site.

Section 6 – Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

All services and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

MrFairing is not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.

Section 7 – Governing Law & Contact Information

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Local consumer protection laws may still apply depending on your jurisdiction.

Termination: These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by either party. Violations may result in immediate termination.
