We provide clear and reliable shipping services to help your fairings arrive safely. All orders ship FREE from our US warehouse to addresses within the United States. Our fairings are inspected before shipping to support MrFairing's fitment and quality standards.

Free Shipping

All orders qualify for FREE shipping with no minimum purchase required. There are no customs duties or international fees for orders shipped domestically within the United States.

Order Lead Time

Total estimated delivery time includes two phases: production/processing time and shipping/transit time.

Production / Processing Time

This is the period from when the order is placed until the fairing kit is produced, prepared, inspected, packed, and handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Standard Fairings: The estimated production/processing time is 25 business days.
  • Custom Fairings: The estimated production/processing time is 25 business days.

Shipping / Transit Time

This is the estimated time after the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. The estimated shipping/transit time is 5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

Total estimated delivery time = production/processing time + shipping/transit time. The following timeframe applies to both standard and custom fairing kits:

Important Notes:

  • The above timeframe is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
  • Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, weather conditions, address-related issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
  • We will proactively notify you if we become aware of any significant delay affecting your order.

Quality First

We understand your excitement to receive your fairings, but we prioritize fitment accuracy, paint quality, inspection, and safe packing over rushing the process. Fairings are precision-fit motorcycle body components, and proper production/processing time helps ensure:

  • Better fitment preparation for your specific motorcycle model.
  • More consistent paint finish, color application, and graphic alignment.
  • More careful inspection and packing before the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If your package shows no updates or is delayed for more than 7 days beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately. We will help open an investigation with the carrier where applicable.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. A valid physical address must be provided at checkout.
  • Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Address errors may cause delays or additional shipping costs.

Order Tracking

We provide tracking information once your order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Tracking Number Notification:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and carrier information.
  • The tracking number typically becomes active within 1–2 business days after dispatch as the carrier updates their system.

How to Track Your Package:

  • Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Visit the carrier's official website to track your package.
  • You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status and tracking information.

Tracking Updates:

Tracking information is updated by the carrier. If your tracking status has not updated for more than 7 days, or if you have concerns about your shipment, please contact us immediately.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations must be requested before the item has shipped. Because both standard and custom fairing kits require production, processing, inspection, and packing before shipment, cancellation requests should be made as early as possible after placing the order.

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun or once the shipment is in transit. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at contact@mrfairing.com.
