Order Timeline (Time Frame of Delivery)
The total delivery time is divided into two primary components: Processing Time and Shipping Time.
1. Processing Time (Production & Fulfillment)
This is the time required from when your order is placed to when the package leaves our facility or factory.

Ready Stock Fairings: For products explicitly labeled as “Ready Stock,” fulfillment typically takes 1–2 Business Days before the package is dispatched.

Custom/Made-to-Order Fairings: The majority of our fairing kits are custom-made and painted upon order to ensure the highest quality, precision, and adherence to your specifications.

Production Time: This process averages 5–10 Business Days before shipping.
2. Shipping Time (Transit Time)
This is the time the package spends in transit from dispatch to final delivery. We utilize leading global air express services such as FedEx, UPS, EMS, and other specialized carriers.

Please Note: Complex or highly intricate custom paint designs may require additional production time. In rare instances, customs delays, force majeure events, or national holidays may slightly extend the transit time.

Duties, Loss, and Cancellation Policy
Customs Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia/New Zealand, and other international destinations, the customer is responsible for all Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and VAT/GST incurred upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total.
Lost or Delayed Orders

If your package status is not updated or is significantly delayed beyond 7 days past the estimated time, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will initiate a logistics investigation and manage the resolution of your order.

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Orders must be shipped only to the address provided during checkout.
Order Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation must be requested before the package has been shipped (typically within 1–2 business days for stock items or before production begins for custom items). Once the package is in transit, the order cannot be canceled or intercepted.
